TlR: User asked for fast services with deposit+50$ a day, pays 50$ for deposit then 25, didnt pay for yesterday, then get upset when asked for payment, and tried claiming the deposit was part of the 50$ a day,, when clearly stated 50$ a day, My end goal is to get the 75$ he still owes.
**Note** In the first messages, he says an intial payment of 50$ when asked for deposit, he IS aware of this, then acts like he didnt know)

Alright, so this in this order started to change after he hiked up the price by 50% and added an extra 2 weeks to the completed time while also demanding a 50% upfront payment 2 days after the order had started.

Let's look at some of the claims.

Firstly, I asked how much bgloves were on a fresh ironman and he responded with $50. I thought nothing of it knowing that was too low, so I low-balled an offer of $250 for 2 fresh ironman accounts to which he accepted. The timeframe that was given to me was by next Thursday (1 week), and I offered to pay $50 a day UP TO the $250 asking price, providing the service was being complete. I would start by paying first, then the service would be started that day and we would continue like this up until completion.

Here you already agreed to be paid $50 a day while you were doing the service, if you didn't agree to my offer of $50 a day you wouldn't have started service and explicitly stated that you wouldn't start service until the $100 is met.

The first screenshot, this is where HE changed the agreement. He realised that this timeframe he gave wasn't viable and wanted to add an extra 10-14 days on the order, he stated that he can either refund me or extend the time but NOT ask for extra payment. he was still willing to do this for the $250. I accepted the time delay on the order, an extra 2 weeks wouldn't hurt me but I stated that I will pay the remaining $200 split over the 2 week period being $25 a day. (This is because I wasn't willing to pay someone with 5 vouches $50 a day up to $250 when the service could take up to 3 weeks.) He stated that yes, that's fine to pay the $200 split over the 2-week period.

The second/third screenshot, We initially agreed on $50 a day providing the service was done in a week, but you agreed to the payment being split over added 2 weeks when you changed the completion time. Never once did you ask for 50% of the payment. And regarding my reply, yes my phone was 1%, would you rather me ghost you for a few hours while I had no battery than explain why I can't reply?

Here I EXPLICITLY state that I will be giving you $25 a day up to the $250 has been met and you agreed. I stated that I don't want to pay so much upfront when the percentage of work doesn't reflect the amount I've already paid, you also agreed that was the case.

By this time the service has been ongoing for 2 days and then decided to hike up the price 50%.

You realise that what you accepted was too low, $250 for 2 bgloves on 2 fresh iron accounts was a good deal for me, so I agreed, I'd pay the $375 but then you asked for a sizable deposit upfront. I agreed to pay you 50% extra but now you're demanding it is paid now??

I already stated I wasn't going to pay upfront given the user has 5 vouches, he agreed to it being paid daily as the works being done, then went back on his word, increasing the price, and wanting it upfront. This wasn't something I was willing to do as I already stated.

I was already paying you for the work that day, I paid $75 for 28qp on 1 account when most of them were f2p that take less than 10 minutes each.


I'm not asking for any sort of refund, I honestly don't really care about the money, but trying to hide that it was YOU who changed the deal twice while hiking the price up 50% AFTER the service started, and then demanding 50% upfront AFTER the service started just sealed the deal for me. If you had 100+ vouches, yes I could accept that, but you have 5 vouches, so my offer was payment to be made on the day of the work being done, day by day until completion and that's what YOU accepted then went back on. It's not my fault you didn't want to do it for $250 AFTER you accepted. Enjoy the $75 and I guess I don't have to do the f2p quests on this account.

I worked 2 days and you never paid for them in full. When i asked you for the deposit you said it woud be 50, then 50 a day, I worked 2 days, you paid 75$. 50 for the deposit, which you had said yourself, 2 days of work is 150. 150-75$=75

Even if in the case it was 25$ a day, i recieved no payment for yesterdays service. you automatically grouped the deposit into the 50$ a day which dont even remotely make sense to me.

 

This is where you misunderstand. I initially paid you $50 for the day you were to start (this is me going first, paying you, and then you can do $50 worth of work that day), then you worked that day. But the next day, you stated it would take you an extra 2 weeks, so we agreed to drop the price to $25 a day (spreading the total cost of the service over the estimated duration), and you were paid another $25. Then on the third day, you tried to increase the service cost by 50% and demand an upfront payment when we already agreed it to be paid as the work was being done. It's not my fault you agreed to a price for a service then later went back on it, I paid $75 for 28 f2p quest points and you had the cheek to demand half the payment upfront when 1) you have 5 vouches, 2) you already agreed to be paid out as the work was being done, and 3) you were already overpaid for the amount of work you did on the account.

 

I dont understnd how i was overpaid when you agreed to it? 50$ a day and i've worked for 2 days going on 3 now. You also forgot to mention how i've worked your 2nd account. you never mentioned anything about how MUCH work, you only provided a time frame, not to mention that i put a lot of hours into both of these accounts.

Yes you got 0-10qp and from 10-20 fishing on the other account. Well done. You agreed to the payment scheme of $50 a day for it to be done in 1 week, then agreed to $25 a day done in 2 weeks. You then decided this payment scheme wasn't for you, charged 50% more, and decided you wanted half upfront. It was clear to you I would pay you day by day as the work is being done. How are you not understanding this?? Next time you agree to a deal, either stick it out and bite the bullet if you find out it's not in your favour or don't go calling people scammers on the forums when they decide not to pay 50% price hike and pay half upfront AFTER the agreement has been made and service has started. What you did was very unprofessional and I advise anyone to not work with this person in the future.

account 1 - 27qp (90% f2p, all take less than 10-15 mins each on iron), level 11 to 22 mage, 1-11 prayer, 1-22 att, 1-7 fletching.
account 2 - 10qp (all f2p, same as aboe) and 10-20 fishing

I paid $75 for that when $75 was almost 30% of the total payment to our initial agreement of $250, do you really believe them accounts are 30% of the way to bgloves? This is where you were overpaid...

Then you had the cheek to ask for another $75 on top of that, imagine paying $150 for the service produced... You're fucking mad.

You hiked the price 50% and tried to change the payment scheme, then got upset when I cancelled the order. Don't go crying on the forums for stupid shit. Learn your lesson that you underpriced the job and don't go changing terms mid-way through. If you can't grasp this message I'm done explaining to you that what you did was complete lunacy, cya

He WILL be refunded sir, but I understand. But to think I DONT "know what im doing" should not be said, considering i've done barrows gloves tons of times.

I'll keep my mouth shut though, it is what it is. When my ticket gets refunded for the other order, the DNT will be off correct?
