Agility Help On Runescape...

Hello,
I need some estimates on the fastest agility courses on RS, along with how much xp an hour it is, so I can pick the fastest way to level, I'm working on 69 agility so I can put my questcape back on, and I'm only at level 66 now.

55k an hour sounds great... but I'm currently at ape atol, all i know is its 580xp per time thru... and dont really wanna b here long enuf to time xp/hr if possible

 

i suggest that u go to wildy course thats the best place u can train ur agility
