RID Help requested

alright, so before i buy 100 hours+more probs after, i need some help, because recently i changed my RS Display name, and i've got my username set as the username or whatever it is on RID, so like it wouldnt work at all when i started it(fuck i sound like a retard right now, don't know how to explain it.)Alright so then i made an account with my NEW display name, and it worked great ! but now it cant login when it goes to take a break, can someone explain CLEARLY what i do to sort it out so it uses my original Username to re-log and still recognise my display name so it actually works thank you VERY MUCH.

Why did you make a new account and not just transfer the hours?

 

In the transfer section, transfer the hours back to the correct account name, then next to account name there is a box where you can set the display name for the account.

The User's Guide section 3 explains in more detail. Hope this helps

Ok i've screwed up REALLY bad now, this is shitting me to tears, ive made like 4 accounts, and now its like when i try make it with the RIGHT settings and go to login it's like "Out of credit", and now it was too late when you told me all that stuff and its like
Account Nameisplay name
Display name:Account name
Is there anyway to sort this out or am i screwed.......cause ive tried support and dont feel like the 1 week wait for a response that will probably just be what you've just told me.Sorry for the inconvenience~

 

Only make one account, there is no situation where you need more than one.
Did you buy any credit...
Set you RS account name on the RID website to your account name, not your display name.

 

Yes i would do that...but how?
