Scammed out of 15$ by Raywolf3

i contacted him got a pm on sythe and confirmed that he was selling em a lvl 99 and a lvl 63. i offered to go first and i sent him the money on paypal claimed and canceled and then when it came time to give me the account information he dithered and delayed and gave me the wrong information . the login said it didnt work and it had never worked. i then asked if he had the right pass and he said let me ask my sister. 20 minutes later i asked if eh was back and he started shouting about how i locked his paypal and took back my money. which i couldnt have as my account is funded by bank and i had claimed and canceled. anyways heres all the pictures. hope he gets whats coming to him and hope i learn not to go first :/
