Alright, I got a great story to go along with this guy. I created him about two years ago and I never really played on him. So i was in Draynor just north of the bank, on the north side of the oak just behind the bank, and I logged in today and I tried to move and I couldn't! I am thinking that they fixed something and they made that spot so that you couldn't get there! So I am the only person in Runescape that can get to that spot!
