This is NOTHING new. I already leaked all this with pictures about 1 month ago. Here it is. They changed the name from "Surgery" to "Clarity". Same shit nonetheless.

svew can do anything! Also, I saw a few mod's all talking at lumbridge before, they followed each other and talked to the Lumby guide and disapeared. obviously they were going to surgery but it was pretty funny. A level 110 was like how they do that? lol.
