Runescape membership pins are $11 retail, but recently they have been decreasing in price on the black market. A few months ago I would have payed $5-6 for one but now they've dropped to $3-3.50. What's next? $1? This definitely has to stop. What will happen is inflation

It's based on how we get the pins, as like methods and how fast we are able to get them.

Yep. Retail is always more expensive, but there are certain ways to get pins for cheap, even if the methods are unethical.

I agree with this, the prices have been deflating gradually in the past few months.

This is caused because of a wide range of explanations such as:

    1. The Economy: The unemployment and debt rate of the average person has also been decreasing. Less jobs= less money to spend on other things.

    2. Methods: Many new methods make pins much more attainable than before. It's now easy to get pins that people don't even have to exert any effort whatsoever to get a pin.

    3. Competition: The competition has also increased lately in the last few months. People have learned the ways of arbitrary trading. The lower the price, the more appealing to the customers. More customers= more profit.

RS Pins are actually $5.95 if you buy em through the site, 11$ for sms and pbc other methods.

If sythe users were selling them for the same price RS sells them, people would rather just buy em from the RS site so they dont get screwed over by some scamming idiot.

plus most of these kids get their pins from like...the library phones, and they get all panicky that the pins will expire so they try and unload them asap

thanks for the replies but this is a serious problem and the black markets need to take matters into there own hands

Heh, depends on the method. If its an okay method its around $4-$5 USD, but if they have a quick method, it'll go as low as $2.
