Fast ranger / STR exp for a pure?

my pure has 60 range and 72 STR i want like 70 range and 80 strenght i might soul wars the STR lvls what should i do for range? cause atm soul wars is 25k exp/hour

 

Use knives at king lathas training field.

i didnt do that quest and the obby ppl i hit low on them, im thinking of just training at rock crabs

 

go to waterbirth island and theres 3 crabs that spawn u can stand in middle of them and semi afk train all u need to do is run back an forth every ten mins so they auto attack again

30k a hour little effort

 

You could also go pure party houses in w51. Just ask people around the portal in yanille for the house and then kill people in the dungeon/ring.

Not really. If you AFK in game, you get no expericence. Lets say you get 5k per zeal, even if you win, it's 15k in 20 minutes. Rock crabs is better than that. And, you don't even get HP exp.

 

I would do both at Waterbirth Island.

It should be fairly quick.

Do 'Plague City' then do 'Biohazard'. Both can be completed within an hour, then use Bronze Knifes at the Ogres in the king's training ground.

Get a brine sabre and head out to Waterbirth Island. Stand in the middle of the three crabs, it's semi-afkable but you need to check the screen every 5 minutes incase they go unaggressive. Once they do, run past the cave north and run back.

SoulWars is okay, I'd say you're better of at Waterbirth Island though for both.
Power ranging at King Lathas Training Ground is very effective though, I'd strongly recommend doing that.

You have your calculations way off buddy. You cannot even come close to 20k an hour at rock crabs in 20 minutes you would be lucky to be getting 30k+ an hour at rock crabs. I would definitely go soulwars for strength, and I did cannon at rock crabs for some range levels then I did blue drags at taverly dungeon and made money although its not fast you do make a nice amount of money. For fast xp I would suggest soulwars, or king lathias training grounds, best 2 places to train range.

Try questing, there are many quests that give you tons of exp.
