If he said "I'll do it for a vouch" then yeah, he'd be breaking the rules.
Besides, 30k exp is 45 mins - an hour of work, and a vouch is the least he deserves for that.

I think 30K exp is not good enough for anyone so I have now changed it to next person who asks for it will receive 100K exp free. I have received one PM and I wish to receive more.

Uhm, at $1.50 per 100k xp, you'd be charging $195 for 99. Thats almost 4X the normal rate.

 

That is my definite price. I said I will accept FAIR offers. So if someone says they want 100K exp for $0.30 I will not accept but if they are a trusted user and give a good offer I will accept. For small amounts of exp I am flexible with the price. (for example 100K)

But for large amount of exp I am not so flexible and will only take $1.50 or maybe a little less.

But see, your buisness strategy should be opposite, for people buying in bulk, you should charge less. But yes, i do understand. I was just saying, you may get a bit more buisness for a smaller fee in the future.

I would suggest not posting the price in the title. put something like 'cheap' that way you can change it without making a new post.

I have entered a price at the top and I now realize that $1.50 is too much. I have now made a value that I am happy with and I'm sure others will be too.
