1) Get some pictures, that name would've been taken a long time ago
2) Stop reporting people who are trying to help
3) Accounts don't get locked for deleting recoveries, only if you don't know the info and try to recover several times.

Yes, Frozenrain is right. If it is locked, it is worthless. A picture will prove the account is usable and when names like 151ZeZ22ima are taken, i'm sure that you don't have a extremely rare name like Varrock.
