    hi a few months ago I paid to get a firecape done on my account for 325m by "seth 2020" ill link his inferno post below

    Runescape 2007 Fire Cape Services

    One of his capers did an attempt but my connection was too lagged so the cape couldnt be completed I had forgotten to get my refund and kept putting it off till now. Ive messaged Seth on discord waiting for a reply thanks

    You need a valid Sythe report that's at least 2 months old before you may request a refund. He was online last Friday, so if you feel like you're being cheated please make a scam report.
