Hey Hey! It's Saturday! Jackson-5 Skit Racist Or Not?

On an Australian TV show last night 5 men dressed up with black face paint and one with white face paint. They acted out the Jackson-5 segment.

Harry Connick Jr found it very racist and was not happy about it.
Although Harry also performed a racist skit in 1996 on fox.

hating someone dosent make you a racist. Hating them because of their race in general makes you a racist

 

I personally think it's a bit insensitive, but not racist.

 

I don't find in necessarily racist; But then again, I don't find it humorous either. Seems very.. half-witted to me.

They weren't trying to be racist, as many of the people watching the show including myself agreed.
