Pureranga - Account recovery - Hacked

• Currently away on business for a while so cant post from home IP. I'm still in the same [Redacted] though if that helps for verification.
• Supply us with the current email connected to your account: unsure, i'd guess [Redacted] etc. one of those... i have too many emails.
  
• If you have a recovery phrase, please provide that: not that im aware of.
• Include a virus scan screenshot to ensure that your computer is not infected: on a brand new PC.

NOTE: If the email connected to your account includes your name, feel free to expedite the recovery with a blurred version of your ID showing your name. The same goes for if your account has your birthday/year. (We can cross-match this information to make your recovery quicker.)

Unsure of some of the info? Posting from home may be enough, but if it isn't, we can possibly give hints based off of IP.
