Furthermore, if you actually understood the meaning of unique, you would understand EVERY account name is unique.

Unique simply means there is only one of it. Whether it be a Runescape name or a real life item.
For example:
Your DNA is unique. You are the only person with that DNA.
My Runescape account is unique. No one else has one with the exact same stats and experience as me.
Every single person is unique. We are all unique in our own way.
