Also, some good weapon(s), which I think is what you are refering to are: Abyssal Whip, Bandos, Armadyl, Zammorak, Saradomin God Sword. A Saradomin Sword. Dragon scimitar. A fast weapon is a dragon dagger. It has two hits in 1 second and specials 4 times in a row.
