Rules of Photography: How It Helps Your Signatures.

I'm glad I could help so many people thus far. I hope this never comes down from the sticky.

 

Add in to put a piece of paper where the subject is gona be and get the camera focused so that you can clearly see the text. then remove the paper and replace it with the subject to get a clear picture.

 

I really learnt all this in the Kodak guide to digital photography.
Good for beginners.

This is super useful!! I might have to add a photo to my signature :O Does the rule of thirds only apply to like relatively "squareish" photos, like not signatures/userbars, right?

this is true but the thing is the two pictures of the guy at the top are different...he has a different eye expression. so it doesnt really get off to a good start imo :/

 

You can split whatever you want into thirds, within reason.
