Can i maybe be un-banned?

if i make the re-make the account that he asked for? and give it to him?

Cause i was supposed to trade microsoft points for an account..he gave me the points and i started on the account...well i was going and going..well once i finished it..i noticed he was never on..well about a month later after waiting..i just decided to sell or give it away...which i did sell. and everything..but he was never on the time i had it? he never tried to contact me at all? i was always on msn..from my xbox....litreally all the time...and also i was posting on sythe alot? but yet he never contacted me..then litreally another month or two after that! THEN! he contacts me and tells me i scammed him...so can i be un-banned? and/or have to make the account?
