Recoded: Account Recovery

Just got a message saying my account was banned stating the account was compromised. Please let me know what I have to do to recover the account.

I've changed the email to the second email you provided. We can't keep the same email address for compromised accounts.

I feel like an idiot for this.....

Literally 14 minutes ago I received the password reset email to recover this account I'm on, when resetting the password, I used my password manager to set an alphanumeric string as my new pass, (the manager fills in the "pass", and "confirm pass" fields for you). When I set the password, the manager for some reason DIDN'T save the new pass!

Now I'm logged into my account, with no idea what the password for it is lol. So I'm posting here to see if I can get the password reset...

Is it possible to get a password reset sent to the new email this account was put under?
I don't want to put any info on here but, the email had [Redacted]
