Photoshop banner question

Alright I made a banner in photoshop with an invisible background, I was wondering what I should save it as (PNG, right?) and how do I put the image in my sig? Thanks

 

Save it as .png then upload it (imageshack, tinypic, etc...) then follow paste the link in

 

It's black? and it's really small..

Most images will appear clearer when saved as a .png

Your picture usually looks like that, with a black background, if the size is wrong.
Remember to always set your signature at the given dimensions, upload it to :
Imageshack.us
Tinypic.com
Photobucket.com

Then highlight the HTML and click the "Insert Image" icon on the forums, or just write
