Jagex wont send me email to change password?

Anyone else facing this issue? the email is correct and everything, just wont receive the email to change my password, tried with different account aswell and wont receive the email, weird. can still login to the account and all, it's been nearly 2 hours from sending the password change email

 

Being that it's happening across multiple accounts makes me think it might be something specific to your email service provider?

 

Now I tried with another account, it worked, but 2 of my accounts is still missing the emails and idk why

 

It sounds trivial, but are you sure you're checking the correct email address(es) that they're linked to?

 

Yes, it matches the one in runescape site when I login to the account

 

The only scenario in which I've had that happen is repeated ban appeals after the first was denied. Odd.

 

Yeah, those 2 accounts are clean too, not botted, I tried to recover the accounts with using the same registered email set to receive the email now, lets see how it goes.

 

Got the problem fixed. I had all jagex emails blacklisted, I dont know why? lol.. No wonder I couldnt receive anything from them. Works like a charm now.
