Since the last one didn't go so well. I made a new one. And this time I used ALOT of c4ds. Heres the image

The text looks pretty "out there". It takes my attention away from the main signature; also, Marth on the other end doesn't help.

Using a lot of C4Ds doesn't mean anything, you could try to narrow it down to just two or three. You should try following a tutorial made for C4Ds only, if you're wanting to use a lot of C4Ds.

I've also noticed with several of your other signatures, you're always putting just putting the render on top of everything. Try blending it with the signature, so it just doesn't look pasted on.

As I suggested, go find some tutorials and follow them.

Do you know how I can blend it with the background?

Gonna be honest, I'm not exactly sure; when I use renders, (I use stocks for the most part) I usually make it the first thing I put in, and from there on out it just blends in on it's own.

As I said, look over some tutorials at Planetrenders or something.

You're supposed to mess with the c4ds layer settings. You don't need to just paste it in there unless you're good enough to cover it up later.

With the layer settings do you mean like overlay, addition, hue and stuff?

Yes. But, the only settings I recommend are linear dodge, color dodge, or lighten. The rest don't tend to be good, unless you're going for a different theme.

Ok, and What should I do first? Paste the c4ds? Then add my render?

You do whatever you think is right. Everyone does things differently.

What difference would that possibly make seeing that you can move layers.

I just have the focal which is usually a stock, and drag a c4d onto it and change the layer settings and erase what doesn't look good with a soft brush. It's simple once you get the hang of it.

Ok, but if you just put in c4d, and a render, won't that look kinda bad (don't know the word to discribe it)? Do you start off with a color like black first?

Hmmm, have you said "follow some tutorials" enough times yet?

You put the stock in and the c4d on top of it and mess with the layer settings. It's simple.

All I see is a Render, C4D's, and a text.

    And pin light.

Generally, you try to insert c4ds to accent and emphasize the focal, and better the flow - try to use a long defined c4d, or a grainy small c4d, rther than ones going in all directions.
