Scammed for $1 but not getting away

So the story is, that I give his kid $1 for purchase of a wanker (one of those flashlight thingy) and he had 89 bucks and desperately needed 1 buck more. His story is that he finished 99 hunt so he is selling it for $1 buck. After a good conversation, I gave him a dollar, which I really don't mind but to see if he really do or not (there was some kind of excitement in it)

He of course logged out after giving a fake code

The shitty part is, I am recovering from paypal, which will then recover from his paypal, which will then effectively reverse all his payments...that means he can't buy his dildo + a ban on here Poor bastard
