Snow Patrol, I am not transferring. People buying are most likely interested in the money/items (1.3b+), not the account. Although, the account is decent.

 

Your being very unrealistic, both about the money you want for it, and the weird rules you have set up.

You can easily scam someone this way, since you demand people to pay first.
Secondly, why don't you want people to use paypal? You can take the char back even easier than they can take the money back. Believe me, i have been there. No matter how much info you give the buyer, you still got the IP on your side.

 

How am I being unrealistic? I've never said anything about what price I'm willing to accept.
My rules are in place to protect myself. If people don't like it, they can go buy 1b+ off somebody else. My rules ensure nobody steals from ME. If I don't use a non-cancellable method of payment...obviously someone will take the file (I don't know if you realize how many scammers are on this site or how long it takes to make 1b+). An IP does nothing for me when they take the gp and spend it wastefully, transfer it, sell it or drop it without paying me.

The way your putting it...I can either give first and i'll have their IP (which can of course be changed anytime).
Or they can pay me first and they'll have all my personal details (since you need to provide a lot of ID to open a bank account in Canada).
Obviously, as the seller I'll choose the 2nd option 100% of the time.

P.S Earlier in your thread you stated if someone takes my runescape account
I cannot call the police which is true. BUT if YOU take someones money they
cannot call the police on you either due to the laws against violating terms &
conditions of a globally owned website. Cops will ask what were you buying
and they'll say a virtual item, nothing they will/can do. So its kinda lose lose.

Offers must comply with the terms I have set on the first post. Otherwise I am not interested.
Edit: Also, it is highly suspicious when somebody tells me they will bid the autowin/pay my requested amount when one is not listed.
