Man, I had to come sign up to this forum just out of the sheer dumbness that you're talking on here. In one opening sentance, you put down three of the greatest and most influecial people to EVER grace rap music. Three people who without, rap wouldn't of ever been what it was at it's highest points. Name a good song that Snoop has done without Dre? Okay, how about Murder Was The Case? Real Talk? Never Say Goodbye? Still A G Thang? Wrong Idea? Set It Off? YA'LL GONE MISS ME? The One And Only? Seriously, learn what the hell you're talking about. It's fine to not really like a certain persons music, but to try and claim Snoop has no good songs without Dre is the most pathetic thing I've heard in the history of the internet.

And comparing Snoop to Eminem is ridiculous, two completely different rappers. Eminem is lyrically arguably as good as anybody, but in terms of the entire package, Snoop is arguably one of the most important and influential people in the history of rap and on his best day has proven he's lyrically brilliant.

People need to grow up and stop with the 'OMGZ RAP AND HIP HOP IS DEAD' crap. Get off your ass and start listening to the real stuff, rather than focusing on the wrong stuff. There's still great music out there.

In terms of the topic, Snoop wins it for me. A few people now far behind would be Ice Cube and Eminem. Ice Cube may just be one of the most underrated today, his lyrics were sheer fire and his flow and sound was as good as it gets. He'd take the crown for most underrated if it wasn't for Twista.

That's why this thread fails. Had this this thread been best rap songs ever, it could of been debated. There is no best rapper. There are good lyricists, but there aren't "best lyricist".

Tupac, Biggie, Eazy, etc have inspired more people than Eminem knows. They made rap what it is. Ice Cube, Snoop and Dre fit into that category, but to a lesser extent.
