First of all, this still works with large amounts of cash, over 200m with one lower level pouch will get you 12m, you can sell shards back to bogrog... I do not know about higher level pouches but i've tried a lot level 40 and under

 

This is easy to do, works right, but takes a long long time to sell shards.

 

I tried this, but the shards never sold.

Sad.
