    That's an offline phisher generated by those offline phishers programs. It's probably a guy from fagex or HF that randomly e-mailed you hoping some would fall for it.


    EDIT: By the way, check that e-mail again. The first link probably is probably hyperlinked to a website that doesn't have runescape.com in it.
