Puffo's Autoclicker?

i read on the forums of an auto clicker thats spose to be real good, but i also noticed the guy that made the clicker has been banned. so i wanted sum feedback on the autoclicker to make sure its not a virus, spywear or sumthing tht'll fuck me over.

use an autoclicker by someone who's not banned; SMR's autoclicker as an example.
