Do you expect to be payed everytime? Or even atall?
Will you become inactive, or judgemental and only OMM for payments or if you can be bothered?

No, I don't expect to be paid every time, but it would certainly be a bonus to the time I contribute to help others.

As you go through life, you will learn that you cannot decide such things in advance.

There is a time for play, and a time for work. Being able to distinguish between this will decide how much time I have available for OMM'ing, if given the position/rank.

I have no idea. I would suggest PM'ing an Admin.
