Password recovery

Okay, so I've been playing this account for AGES. I quit for a few months to find out someone had stolen my account. I though "ehh, no biggy" *recovers*.. As it turned out, I had a keylogger, he got all the info he needed to recover back again and again.
They account has been locked multiple times. He cannot unlock it only I can, but he seems to get it locked again, and keeps recovering password.

What should I do? Obviously Jagex are too thick to figure out that a lock does nothing when he seems to be able to recover again (takes him about 3-4 days to recover). I really can't be fucked with this hacker, will he give up soon?

First of all lock the account and don't play with it for a week or so, then unlock it and change your email, this procedure is most safe.

 

Get the I.P.

You can do a lot with his I.P, i won't teach you anything as i only use it for people who hack ME or close friends, but you can obtain a lot of information from him.

 

Hmm I know. Dynamic IP though.
And that's it, recoveries, email, everything.. mine. But he can still recover because the keylogger got all my info such as first password, first member's info... all he doesn't have are the drop down menus, I think that's why I get unlocked and he's denied. Everything else would be the same.

 

He will give up sooner or later, take down all his IPs if possible, and record the frequent ones that appears.(IDK whether this will work)

 

obviously get rid of the keylogger first.

 

Either leave it locked for a week or so (and he'll probably give up) or get it unlocked then send in a recovery request for a stolen password (this will unset your recovery questions) then change the email. You should be fine.

 

ye leave it locked for long time and he will give up it.. or if not than u should contact JAGEX

 

Hmmm I think he doesn't try unlock anymore, because time before last it was locked, it was locked for about 2-3 months.. I had it unlocked for about 4-5 days before he recovered. Either he checked at a flukey time or he checks regularly. There were no friends online and I deleted all his friends and put chat to private, so it wouldn't have been a friend seeing the "online"..

And duhh keylogger's gone. New hard drive and PC altogether.

 

Wow... sent in a forgotten pw recovery (genuinely forgot it.. unlocked it but forgot what I changed pw to)... 80 hours and STILL pending. MORE THAN 3 DAYS!

What's happening!?
