To be fair...

I know he has just been banned, and more evidence could arise, etc.

But should Inventor remain as an OMM, it would be hypocritical. He is the only OMM who has ever been temporarily banned on Sythe, at least to my knowledge. He should lose his position on the following basis;

* Tengauge lost his staff position because of ripping, and inventor ripped for a profit. Which is worse?

* He has had two lengthy bans no further than a couple months apart. Does someone who has the ability to break rules deserve such a noble position?

* Of all the OMM, he is the one who causes the most drama within the community. He craves attention. Do we want someone who craves drama to be an OMM?

* How can someone like Inventor be accepted into the OMM rankings on his first app when he has just been unbanned and someone like Unb4nn3d who completed two apps be denied when he has not been banned once?

* He has only recently been appointed, and he has proved he cannot handle power. He boasts about his accomplishment, and comes off looking arrogant.

I know this site doesnt need added controversy, but it is time someone spoke out against his unfair ranking. I beg the staff to take into account these cold, hard facts when deciding his fate.

You're not going to be voting on whether he keeps it or not. It is up to the staff members to decide that.

 

He should have to re-apply.
Tenguage was a good Mod, and he lost his.
Inventor is a good OMM, he should lose his and have to re-apply.

I do think mod and OMM are on different levels though.

 

The issue is still being investigated.

His name has already been removed from the OMM list for the time being, since he is banned and unable to send PM's. Whether we re-add him when his ban expires depends on several factors.
