making new account

when ever i try to make a new sythe account it shuts down my internet COMPLETELY EVERY TIME >.> i have to restart my internet router and modem and let it sit the reason i wrote this here is because my main account is banned and i dont want to use him anymore anyways ;p plz lookinto this
