    Explanation of the trade:
    I just want to start off by clarifying I do not have any hatred / anger towards this gentleman, I’ve dealt with him twice in the past and both have been successful and very pleasant with no problems apart from this trade, regardless here's the explanation:

    I bought a "maxed 2277 osrs account" for $1500 and we agreed we would split the payment as $1300 base then the rest of which was $200 at a later date, I had very briefly logged into the account to confirm the general confirmations (due to seeing all the items like capes / untradeable items etc. were in the inventory it was a very brief login) that the account was what it was etc. and all was fine. We normally go through a deal where I just get recoveries / email change whatnot but with this account it did not have any recoveries and was told the account “is also safe” and “everything I sell is safe” obviously I do not doubt this gentlemen purely on the basis that I’ve dealt with him before and have had no problems at all. I own a few retail shops so I’ve been very busy recently and once I confirmed everything was secure I logged off for the night as well as the next day because you know how retail shops are when it’s busy (an absolute nightmare) so I didn’t have anytime (a very fun 15 hour shift).

    On the 10th I logged into the account as now that it was my day off and wanted to start gauntlet and earn some money on the account, as soon as I logged onto the account I was disconnected around 5-10 seconds and was confused so I just presumed it was my internet. I had a bit of a bad feeling so I thought I’d checking the account status just in case and it was permanently banned for “RWT”, I talked with denisike and he was just as confused as I was on how this has happened. He was very apologetic and it’s never happened to him before, asked if possibly he could recover the account and say for instants it was possibly hijacked but just got brushed off with another apology and that’s where the conversation ended.

    Just feel a bit off really on the fact that I probably accumulated a total of 15 seconds gameplay for $1.3k before I was permanently banned for a reason I didn’t even commit and to be a bit blunt didn’t receive and help regarding the issue on trying to resolve the problem. I can also gladly try to resolve this matter in private messages.

    How they scammed:
    I don't particularly want to call Denislike a scammer because at the end of the day I don't feel like it's entirely his fault (unless of course something has happened) but I feel like the person who he got the account from (or maybe even himself but I highly doubt this) originally more than likely RWT’d the items on said account before selling it away and the account just conveniently got hit with a permanent ban as soon as I logged in.

    Side note:
    Again I just want to clarify that I really don’t hate this guy, I find that he is a legitimate seller and how he does business is sure a bit under detailed compared to others and can be difficult to contact at times but non of the less gets it done. I just feel like with this incident to pay such a high amount for an account that when he says “everything I sell is safe” gets banned immediately just doesn’t rub me the right way.

    I appreciate your clarification on the fact that we have done successful business in the past. I also don’t harbor any hatred or ill-intentions towards you, my friend. Quite the contrary, I’m saddened and amazed that something like this could happen.

    Yes, we did go on a payment plan. I agreed to this based solely on the merit of our previous dealings. I don’t do this for just anyone, and I hope it shows some of the respect and sincerity between us. Jungler has never missed a payment, and is always a delight to do business with.
    Going forward, I sold it to you on the 8th, you logged in, changed everything, and logged in again on the 10th. I understand work got hectic, and I have no idea what retail stores can be like for an owner, but only logging in for 15 seconds in 2 days? On your brand new maxed account? I’m not doubting you may have gotten busy, but most of the time people buy gold right after purchasing an account.. or transfer it from another.
    As it says on my TOS which you posted on this thread, and can be referenced if anyone clicks on my Sythe profile; after a client has acquired an account, I am not responsible for any rule infractions following a sale.
    Yes, like you said above, I guarantee everything I sell is safe. It is safe from recovery and potential hacking/blocking, if that were the case here I would 100% be at fault. But that is not the case.
    This is a Jagex issue, and unfortunately no one is safe from Jagex.
    I know this is very hard for you, and I understand why you felt the need to open a dispute. But please try and comprehend my situation, my credibility on Sythe forums is very important to me, and this quite frankly is outlined on my TOS as something I can’t be held liable for.

    Hello!

    honestly completely agree with you on almost everything you said apart from the accusation I bought gold & my playtime. I logged into said account to confirm items, everything looked all good, logged off, couldn’t login on the 9th due to a 15 hour shift and went to bed for obvious reasons. Then on the 10th that’s when I decided to actually start playing on said account in which it was permanently banned due to “RWT” in which I had absolutely ZERO time or well honestly reasons to purchase gold.

    I know your reputation means a lot and honestly I can completely understand why and that I wouldn’t even be making this dispute thread if I did something but to get hit with a ban immediately on an account I spent over 1k on as soon as I logged in just really makes me disappointed.

    Obviously the other problem is well, how can I proof I didn’t RWT on said account? I honestly can’t and that’s what also annoys me the most, also to clarify also I didn't make this thread obviously to try and knock your reputation like I said in the original thread you're no doubt in my mind a trusted seller and a good one at that. What i'm going for really is just a resolution to this issue, I completely understand on the ToS etc. but you have to admit - not even an entire 30 seconds of login and i'm hit with a perma?.

Don't entirely appreciate being thrown an accusation like that but understandable on why you would think this regardless.

    Just to add also!: at most regarding proof if I played the account I could honestly just show my schedule for the week this incident happened but for obvious reasons like my staff's full names unless i'm approved to sensor said names I can't provide such things. Even then it's not exactly proof since for instants I could just play mobile, apart from that really i'm just stumped for evidence really.

    This is a very unfortunate outcome, though the buying / selling of accounts is obviously forbidden by Jagex. It doesn't always have to be the trading of gold. What may of flagged the account was the sudden ip change, or possibly changing through multiple owners. @KPR Do you know who the OO is? Also could you privately DM me the login email/username to the account?

    Thanks, to be honest there isn't much we can do here. Accounts get banned for a variety of reasons from buying / selling gold, to leveling stats and of course the buying/selling of accounts. It's against the rules and it's a risk people take when purchasing and selling. I wish I could further assist you @KPR , but the only thing you could do is create your own TOS in the future and provide it to a seller to see if they would accept it. Best of luck
