Guide To Making Money At School

Ok guys well im back with my 2nd guide, this is kind of 2 guides in one, so sit back and enjoy.
Ok then well do you want to make money while going to school? Well the answer is yes we all do, (except those who dont go to school, and if you dont you'll also enjoy part of this guide.).
Well to start off you will need some money, (NOTE all prices/places listed in this guide are in the U.K, you can convert to U.S prices etc and it should still work.) I would suggest about £5-£10 GBP.

Step 1

Find a store that sells Chocolate and Drinks in multipacks. Good examples of these are Farmfoods and Homebargins, others are Sainsburys and Asda.



Step 2

Now incase you haven't realised these shops sell Chocolate Bars in multipacks for cheaper than their RRP (Recomended Retial Price). Buy as many multipacks of Chocolate and Cans as you can, For Example I usualy buy about 60 Chocolate Bars and 20 Cans. Witch totals to about £20.
Good examples of Chocolate Bars to buy are: Galaxys, DairyMilks both Regular and Caramel, KitKat Chunkys and MarsBars. For cans i would suggest buying Pepsi and Coke.



Step 3

Now but all your new stock in the fridge so it stays cool and is preserved. The next day you go to school sell all of your Chocolate Bars and Cans for 50p each, you'll be amazed how much money you can make especially if your school doesnt sell Chocolate or Cans.

Step 4

Now you've made some money either buy the same ammount of stock or invest and buy more so you can make more (Like merchanting in Runescape...Eh? :laugh: ) Honestly its as simple as that.




NOTE: It may take a while to get your new business setup, if done correctly you can double your money everyday.
The maximum amount of money i have made on a very good week was just over £100.
Try not to get caught by teachers as some schools do not like you doing this, if so you will be given a warning.
I have made over £1,500 over a 6 month period from this, then took a break for 3 months and then started again.
This is also a good guide to get chocolate and sweets for cheaper than from a corner shop.
This will also teach you the basics of owning/running a business and if your shy will help you boost confidence alot.
If you find you end up getting alot of change from this bag it up and take it down to your local
bank or post office and get it exchanged in to notes.
Finally last but not least enjoy your new found money making method.

 

an OK guide. simple and effective. I lol'd at the "like merchanting in rs" bit.
A suggestion would be going 2:1 on those you trust and that have no money that day.
You give him 1 chocolate bar (providing you can spare it) and he pays double the price at a set time.

This totally works. Some people at my school do this. A close friend of mine used to do this for quite a while, and got a good amount of cash. 9/10

yea ive done that before and if they are just a little short i sell it to them aswell because at the end of the day im still making money :noworry:

start of by telling friends your selling, then they tell their friends etc, its just the natural flow of things i guess

I have amade a fortune on potarts actually. Buy the 68 pack at costco for like $10.99 and sell for a dollar each.

 

It works. Is a decent guide. Maybe make the guide looks a little better if you applying for the UE.

 

I personally have been doing this for the past two years, and it's been pretty profitable.
I would buy a 24pack of Coke, Doctor Pepper, etc.
Sell the cans for $1.00 a piece, and the cases usually cost $6-8.
So, if you figure, you're making $14.00 profit each case.
I recommend selling soda/pop instead.

 

Nice idea, but I really don't think things like this will happen..

People at my school are really rich, and not to be racist, but only the "hispanics" are the ones that buy the lunch

All the white kids and asians that are rich, brings their own lunch and not money, the hispanic guys have their money only for their lunch money, plus some of them get's free lunch, so idk if this is a good idea for me <.<

 

Well, before/during classes, people at my school want something to drink.
I get a pop, and like "$1.00 Plox."
I've earned hundreds within like 2 months.

 

I'm jealous *whine* *whine*

 

kid1: "yo man you got the stuff?"

kid2: Opens locker. "Yeah its right here shhh...hurry"

kid1: Itches his arms. "Cmon bro hook up the M&M's...cmon cmon cmon"

kid2: "Yeah I got this shit right here ease up"

kid1: Snatches the candy and runs.

how could i make the guide look better? any ideas

 

Good idea however sometimes throughout the year certain clubs give the students boxes of candy to sell, but they are $1 each

 

Not sure about over in america but here in the uk thats never happend so i guess its easy money all around

 

I would personally do something like gum because it is smaller and a lot easier.

 

this is illegal to do in the United States though... if your principal caught you they could get you in trouble

 

my friend did this in like 6th grade, my other friend sold BLANK skateboards lolz. he bought em for like 10 = 120$, then sold like 20$ each(10$ cheaper then the local skate shop) he always had like 3+ skateboards in his locker lol...
