Stolen Credit Cards

I know someone who stole credit card info at school a few weeks ago. He keeps saying he knows what to do with it but i know hes bullshitting cause he rarely goes on the computer or anything else lol. Anyways i told him to just throw away or get rid of the info cause it can land him in a lot of trouble if he messes around.

Well he bought some swords online for about 80$ and got it shipped to his house (idiot) and i told him hes gonna get fucked over lol.

Does anyone know the consequences he has ahead for him and if will get caught? I think this counts as fraud? but I really don't know anything about it. He told me the card got canceled so no worries about him spending more stuff with it anymore

He sure can ..Childrens Court he will face..and if he says he didnt know..and you dont testify that you told him not to..you will be in the exact same situation as ur friend

 

How will the cops know i knew he had the credit card?

He's a long time friend and i know he aint the kind of person where he'll snitch me out for doing shit all to him. I'm sure as hell as soon as he gets confronted by the cops he won't bring me into his problems lol

Ya he's an idiot. He should wipe his computers, and get rid of any information, and act like someone else sent the sword to his house which wouldn't be that unbelievable.

 

He's a retard wow. There's no way for him to get around it now.. the only possible way I can think of for this to go away is (and it's a longshot at that) is if he used a proxy to order the items, then reports them when they get there and say he didn't order them. Probably fucked either way though.

 

People never realize CRIME DOESN'T PAY. It's as simple as that.. If you're legit you'll make so much more money and have a lot less wasted time.

 

He is definately going to get in some sort of trouble.

good things to do with it is buy porn subscriptions, or game currency from chinese companies, cuz they cant tell whats refunded or whats not
