What do I do about this kid?

I transferred 22mil for this kid with Shawn and he sent me $100.

He wanted a signature and avatar as well as membership. The membership I got but he WON'T SHUT UP about me vouching him. I keep asking him what he wants in the graphics and telling me I MUST vouch for him. I can't just block him because our agreement in unfinished. This is now taking a toll on my business because I can't talk to other people as well as MM since I have this idiot pestering me EVERY SINGLE DAY.

I'm more than kind to customers and other people but there's nothing I can do to stop this. He won't tell me what he wants as graphics until I vouch him and I refuse to do so because I don't trust him at all.

I've never been in this situation before and never plan to be again.

Suggestions anyone? Namely mods/admins

He is trying to force you to vouch for him, which is not allowed. He needs to understand that it's not allowed, and he needs to move on to complete the deal. If he cannot do so, then I suggest refunding him only what he paid for the signature and avatar and stop putting up with him.

You aren't required to vouch him. In fact, I never vouched a single person I middlemanned for(and never will). It's misleading seeing as I never trusted them with anything, and the fact how having a rank means the vouch carries weight.
