[Paypal] Buying an account via paypal.

Hey, im looking to purchase a fresh new account as the one my freind gave me decided to come back. I have a decent amount of money to spend for this trade and i may be able to do mail but id rather sent paypal as gift.

-Im looking for an account with some pretty nice stats I.E. 110+ combat in f2p would be nice 99's really arnt a priority but would bump up price. im really only looking for 1800+ total level.

- Account MUST have a pretty solid amount of cash 20mil+ perferablly as i dont want to have to spend a month getting cash.

-No RECOV'S no EMAIL, are a must and if you dont have a text file filled with info on account i wont buy.

-I will not go first if you do not wish to go first aswell we will decide upon a OMM who will pm us both and decide on who if not both of us pays fees for the OMM.

-A few more details on what account i would like perferablly some nice combat stats 1800+ total 20m+ items like torso, fire cape, void, slayer helm are great aditions.

Closing remarks: I have currently 616$ in paypal by no means do i wish to spend it all id like to keep atleast 200$ in my paypal. I Wont go first and i send my payments as gifts thats that.
