How they scammed: never paid for the acc and used my DNT as excuse to not pay.

hello, long Time ago I bought a acc from thedang and like 1 year ago I wanted to sell it back to him. He gave me an offer and I accepted. He asked me about my DNT BEFORE I CHANGED ACC DETAILS TO HIS EMAIL ETC. I explained my DNT to him he was like: hmm okay. Then I gave him The account details and changed everything to his email etc. he told me he had to keep the acc 1 week to make sure there’s nothing wrong with the acc. So I waited 1 week then he wanted to meet up to pay me my 500m for the account which also took very long. Then he wanted me to pm him on sythe before he would pay and I just then noticed I can’t pm people with a DNT so I told him I can’t pm. ( HE KNEW BEFORE THAT I WAS DNT’d BEFORE I EVEN STARTED CHANGING EVERYTHING TO HIS EMAIL). He started to discuss a little that I should get the ban lifted I told him that I can’t cuz I cannot proof it anymore and so on. So overall it’s been 1 year since I’m waiting for my cash or acc back and he didn’t even answer me back after a while.

idk if it is necessary but I still keep an eye on the accounts stats and it’s being played by someone. So I think he even sold the acc again.

Told him to contact me once his sythe account is sorted since he already reclaimed similar account after selling. Even though i am original owner, accounts can still be recovered by someone who owned the account for some time. When i entered the deal with him i had no idea he was banned on sythe.

 

On the 4th screenshot u can see that he asked me about my Ban/DNT so he knew from the start I was dnt‘d Before i even started to transfer ownership to him. And on the 9th screenshot u can see that I transferred ownership of the acc to him. So if u knew I was DNT‘d from the begin why did u accept the trade and didn’t decline it? Or atleast cancel the trade and just gave me the acc back when I asked for it?

Edit: to me it looks like you knew from the beginning ur not gonna pay me. And why did u start training the account when u didn’t pay for it and the case wasn’t closed? Just cuz I was quite 1 year?

 

I don't really care about 500m and i am holding it for you. I was only hesitant due to your ban and i don't think its such a big deal if you resolve it and then ask for the payment.

 

I don’t get it… where’s the problem to just pay me or give me the acc back. You’ve had the acc for 1 year now.

 

What is the problem for you to give back the accounts to their respective buyers? I don't think community deserves scammers. I will stand by the liability on my side as soon as the scammed accounts are compensated.

I can pay the reserve to a moderator instead as soon as the issue is resolved.

 

U say the community don’t deserves scammers and what you did is not scamming? + this case has nothing to do with the other one weird that the only thing I can say is about my DNT.

 

It is up to the moderators to decide. I am not running away from any liabilities and i accept the 500m owed to you but only when you have compensated the buyers of your previous report and lifted the DNT

 

Yea, but why did u accept the trade and let me first transfer ownership if u knew from the beginning I was DNT’d?

 

I had no idea you were DNT'd, i always ask for pm before trading anyone.
