Volkswagon

I downloaded gimp and used a guide to make volkswagon logo thing. I think it didn't turn out bad:

I couldn't get the gloss thing right so it looks kind of dull. But considering this is my first "actual" image made by myself, I guess it looks ok.

 

Some parts are a little choppy, and some of the lines are a bit uneven, but I like it. Like you said, it'd be better with a glossy feel, but its good nevertheless. I'd just like it if it was a bit smaller.

It's decent, as Mitchell said, some parts are a little too pixalated/choppy, with the bottom end of the circle showing that.

The shape control and all is good, so keep up te good work

 

Thanks for the replies guys. And Yea, I know its choppy. I had a little trouble with copy one side and flipping it so its symmetrical, so I had to do both of the sides so the look the same (which didn't turn out so well).
