When your ban(s) expire in April 2010, I'm assuming then you will be able to play P2P again. The reason they won't let you P2P again is because they are think you will abuse the system again based on your previous offenses...

 

wow first time i see that jagex wont let you make your acc member.
Well try to contact jagex custommer service, or just wait till the ban expires, gl anyway lol =p

Wait 24 Hr Did you just come back from ban if so wait 24 hours then you will be able to upgrade.

I agree with the above. Jagex doesn't want to let a troubling player in on anymore trouble.

 

This applies to everyone, trust me because I have asked Jagex. After you are unbanned you must wait 24 hours before you can upgrade your account to a member status.
