Cut offs. They get the name because you take regular skinny jeans and just cut the rest of the leg part off usually slightly above the knee. Most of my friends do that for the summer

I'm not sure if you can buy them seeing as all my friends just make them. But I have yet to go to a store where they are sold. Then again, we are in different countries.
