It depends, are you doing it for the body? Or are you doing it to be stronger, i.e. to be a boxer, etc?
If you just want to be a bodybuilder, use the supplements, just don't do it if you want to be stronger or a better fighter. Trust me, supplements + fighting do not mix.

I'd wait til your finished growing naturally before using any supplements, if you want a more educated guess try asking a teacher, pharmacist, or even posting at www.bodybuilding.com

    45KG isn't much..

Anyway, protein shakes will give you a noticeable boost in muscle gain. Just get the big tubs of protein shake mix and drink them when you're done working out, not before.

Your not too strong, your too young. Give it a few years. :)

Oh and if anything, do pushups/crunches/curls that kinda stuff before you do weights. Wait about 2 years before you do weights till your 16.

If your gonna do that, wait till your older before you start protein shakes unless you like wanna go into professional body building where getting a headstart is helpful.

Not to sure on taking them while your so young, I'd ask someone who's got a better idea, but on kidney failure I'm pretty sure they wont, as long as you drink a ton of water.

Don't listen to them, they got no idea what their talking about.

A lot of people say it stumps growth but I can honestly say it doesn't, just make sure you put on weight before you start heavy weights, I started going the gym when I was about 15 and my body didn't suit being muscly, especially around my arms and torso, it gave me bad pains.

Try to put weight on before you do weights, that's my advice basically.

Could you post a source? I was always told working out at a younger age would hurt your muscles in the long run. Would like to get that cleared up :D

That's what everyone thinks, but really that might only happen if your some skinny kid trying to lift to much then it might affect your growth plates, other than that it wont.

Just be smart and do the exercises properly, and try to gain weight (in a good way).

Edit: Lon3r, it wont affect your muscles, as long as you do them properly. Ask your gym teacher, or anyone who knows about this stuff. You can also check ironaddicts.com, bodybuilding.com, etc..

I don't see the point of this thread, but working out so much at your age can stunt your growth a lot. Also there has to be balance, why would you want to look like those veiny ass roids guys from the mags? Hell, if you want to be stronger just take roids you are stunting your growth anyway. If you wanna stop and just excersize to maintain your current shape you can return to bodybuilding at like 18/20...

I really don't recommend working out, let alone taking supplements, until you're at least 16.

Its fine to work out, i know it wont do any damage if i do it right, I wouldnt be allowed in the gym if i wasnt old enough. Like i said the question if if i should continue with no supplements or try them out. I have actually ordered some now, Although guys feel free to post opinions on the supplements.

My experience is that gyms don't want you working out until you're 16, but as long as you're not doing extreme weights to strain yourself.

As for the supplements, I don't like them.
