    Account was purchased back in January on PlayerAuctions. It was perm banned for macroing today, when I went to appeal the offense I noticed a macroban from 3 months prior to me purchasing it. Had it not been for this ban, being a membered 123 it would have been a temp. I was given no warning about previous ban history.

    This sale was done on playerauctions and was not done on Sythe.

    Because you bought through playerauctions and not from a Sythe market thread it is their terms of service that applies and the dispute would have to be taken through them.

    As far as I am aware Playerauctions does not force users to share this information with customers.
