What quests are needed for an intinate pure???

am gonna make a initate pure

what quests shud i have done
imgonna go for 75 att 20 defence high str and high hp??

 

look at mayhem maker site or tlp site. there alot of quests for pures, and then just do nature spirit thats all i think

Think that's about it.
