Itunes help !!! please urgent

Okay, I have the old version of itunes on my computer and when i try to download the new version (9) it says it cant delete my old itunes, the problem is when i go looking for the old itunes i cant find it, it says not enough proof to delete cause its in some folder or something. i can i delete the whole file and everything so i can use the updated itunes? i always get an error message that when the new itune download finishs it says what file do i want to put it in and when i pick a file it says something that it wont work?. help has this happended to you.

I have the same problem when I try to download itunes but it says I need to uninstall the old version of quick time and I did.

 

Have you looked in Control Panel-Add and Remove Programs?

Gone through your Harddrives in My Computer? It would be there, as every program on your computer is in your harddrive/s

 

Yes I went to control panel;

Wheres the hardrive located.

Uninstall quicktime? ill try that

 

Lol. If you uninstall quicktime that wont take off itunes.

I'd look around for something under the name of Apple.

 

I deleted quicktunes for nothing lol?
