He has 80 strength (30k exp until 81) and 72 defense so he could be a potential barrows pure, also his mage and range are both over 70. As far as skill go this account virtually has none, exept for woodcutting at 69 which is really all you need to make money in f2p, P2P is a different story. It only has 85 quest points with all the basic quests done (monkey madness, desert treasure etc).
