looking for vidmaster Deja vu and Endure group

I'm looking for a group to do vidmaster Endure and the vidmaster Deja vu. I can help people get the skulls on the new maps, and can give you tips on classic. I don't have all the campaign completed, but I believe its like halo 3 where you can skip around if you have to. I will be on tomorrow (thursday) from 5:00 pm eastern on to about 10:00, which we can do deja vu in. And on friday I will be on from noon on. That is eastern time, so here is the times in a little more neat fashion...

Eastern:
Thursday= 5:00pm - 10:00pm
Friday= 12:00pm(noon) - *
Saturday= intermittent over the day

Central:
Thursday= 4:00pm - 9:00pm
Friday= 11:00pm(noon) - *
Saturday= intermittent over the day

Western (california):
Thursday= 3:00pm - 8:00pm
Friday= 10:00pm(noon) - *
Saturday= intermittent over the day

endure will be the hardest, and any suggestions for the tactics are welcome. I personally would like to try rally point daytime, and camp in the room where we spawn, bottlenecking all the troops. Occasionally pop out to shoot weak enemies, and grab weapons like the gravity hammer. I feel the sniper is too long of a trip to take without losing valuable health/lives.

can you be on tomorrow? If we can do firefight tomorrow, I can have a long weekend to do deja vu, which I really won't need. So ill have extra time with reconz

 

I just failed endure on Set 4, Round 3, Wave 4. Its fucking HARD. I could've probably done it but my team mates were retarded. I wound up with least deaths and most kills, twice the amount of points as everybody else >_<

Waste of 2 hours -.-

I'll do it with you probably. I have another guy who will play with us too most likely if you want, maybe a 3rd.

 

well now that i think of it, I have ONE person on my friends list that can play with us too, whats your gt?

Saturday I'm free all day to play. Not that I'm going to spend my entire day behind the screen, because I'm not. But I can put a good 4-5 hours in on Saturday.

Add me on Xbl, x_BoNeCrAcKa. I already did endure with ease...(okay that's an understatement, that shit took forever). I'll do Deja Vu with you on Thursday (today), and I probably get get another person.
Some tips:
Map: Windward - Stay in the room that you start in! Most of the big guys that come will be coming through the bottom door, and you can get shots on them without getting hurt. Also, there are 4 health packs around where you start.
Weapons: There are rockets that spawn in the way left corner of the map if you're looking out the door above the stairs. Also there are missile pods (can't really explain where, but if we play, I can show you). The best thing to do in my mind, would be to grab he missile pods, and rockets before the 1st set of guys come. Then continue to grab them after every set of guys are dead. Another thing, grab ALL USEFUL WEAPONS and put them in the room above the stairs for when you run out of ammo.

 

Why am I not on the list?
Along with why is there 3 mattjews?

 

@dj because I have two people who will possibly play.

Btw if we do it together, Alpha Site is the best map I've found so far to play on. There's only two ways enemies can come from and as long as you get 2 guys on each side, you're pretty much set. We had it going with ease up until the very end because they start getting super strong shields and twice as much health.

If we had been smarter in the beginning and saved lives I'm sure we could've done it.

 

Easier way is Windword I think that's the name I did it last night but need to do it on iHappyface.

 

As I said, this is the best map that I've found for it. We got the achievement with 12 lives left over, playing with 4 people.

 

Yea we had like 6 or something because we got anxious at the end.

 

Haha! Yea, we did the same thing. Doing it with 4 people is quite easy, as long as they are good. It just takes around 2 1/2 hours to do if you're trying to play it safe.

 

Yea, we had a sick setup for everything it just gets hard when you need to conserve ammo and you're very limited in the 4th set at times.

 

Yea, it's not that hard on the 4th set until the hunters come, it takes so long to kill them with little/no ammo. If you save the missile pods for them, it seems to wreck them pretty bad.

 

That's what we did the problem was all us were so low on ammo.

Pretty pissed about earlier, my friend played while I was doing some shit but I mean people were struggling, I was getting pretty iritated when somone died what 3 times from stickys right away.

Just an FYI we weren't gonna win that one because we were down to 4 lives in the first set.
