As long as you don't talk, or run into J-mods in F2p the accounts will usually remain unbanned I have had wetpussylips in-game every day for a month, it has not been banned.

B0M, you're selling what I like to call and auto-ban.. Not only will they get banned, but it will take no longer than a week.. There are many spotters or "cameras" in Runescape, like the NPC's.. You don't need to be spotted by a Mod for the name to get banned.. you can get banned in MANY ways besides that.
