Nice guy, but wouldn’t buy from him again. Bought a HC last night for 185m. Woke up this morning and it has been banned for botting. However as the details were already handed to me so they will not offer any compensation/refund

 

Unfortunately it was in the TOS which was accepted during the open ticket process in discord as I explained to you.

It was 100% manually trained and left for a long time before it was even listed for sale, I even logged into the account myself yesterday to make sure it was all ok before giving you the details. I expect it was a false ban as I explained to you on discord and I gave you the best way of getting it unbanned (if Jagex will) so I hope you do succeed in getting it unbanned.
As for compensation or a refund, it wasn't anything in my control, as I'd already given you all of the details, there was no email set so you secured it as the original owner.

 

Yeah I get that’s your TOS and like I said you came across as a nice guy, but you have to understand my frustration of spending $85 on a account just for it to get banned 8 hours later without even getting a chance to play it properly

 

I do understand, but it wasn't anything I did as the account was 100% fine when transferred, so a bit unfair for the negative vouch I feel.

 

I have tried to appeal the ban but after looking again they have enough evidence to suggest the offence was applied correctly. Therefore i think it’s very unlikely that the account was 100% hand trained like you said it was.
