This TOS is from a previous payment plan. He agreed to it as you can see at 'payment plan agreement'.

It's 3 days later and he has not replied to my messages from the 25th and the 28th of August.
I'm requesting permission to recover the account back.
I'll happily give him another week to sort out the payment if he wants to keep the account.
However, I'd require the full payment to me made rather than continuing the current payment plan.

 

@Zora could you show me your recent attempts to contact the user?

 

There is extra context in a deleted post above for staff to see that shows the agreement in better context.

@Zora you may recover the account as they agreed to your terms and failed to pay by the deadline, but any wealth on it must be returned to the customer.

 

I've screenshared with @Zora and there is about 2m 07 worth of items on the account that @Ausiim8 may collect from @Zora at his leisure.

@Ausiim8 has also been given a TWC for bad trading practices that they may dispute in 30 days.
