Paypal pre-paid credit card for account verification

how would i verify my paypal account with a pre-paid credit card? and Once the card runs out of money and expires, will the account still be verified? i know in registration for paypal it asks you for a credit card, but i dident have the credit card at that time and i dident put it in. i know how to add a credit card to the account, but will that verify it?


so basically,

if i add my pre-paid credit card in the "add credit card" section of the account, when i did not put a credit card during the sign up for paypal, will it like send a confirmation email and everything, and once i accept those, will it verify my account?

and once the pre-paid credit card expires because i stop paying the monthly fee/runs out of money, will my account go back to un-verified?

Depending on your country, you'll need to add a bank account as well to be fully verified. However, if only a CC is needed then yes you'll be verified with a pre-paid credit card, and will remain verified even if it expires (at least I think so).

 

I bought a prepaid credit card from a post office near where i live and put it on my paypal and it worked fine. But you must have a bank account on it aswell for it to be fully verified. Although i don't know if it will stop once it expires as my paypal has issues.

You need both Prepaid CC AND a Bank Account for full verification. You don't need to add another CC once your old CC expires

 

When you add a debit card or pre-paid card, you're account is not verifyed. All you get to do now is send money. By adding a bank account you would be able to withdraw and deposit money from your paypal to your bank. etc.

with the pre paid card , you gotta buy one from the store, then call them to confirm your address, then you can now put it on your paypal.
